Jet off to the charming town of Vinci in Tuscany and sample their best kept secret. Caffè Leonardo Coffee beans are actually a blend of coffees, but the dominant Arabica gives it a heady acidity. Drop some sugar in and reach the heights that a smooth honey flavour can send you to.
Tasting Notes: A blend of coffees, the predominance of Arabica gives the coffee in the cup an acidic tip, which becomes honey with the addition of sugar.
ORIGIN: Produced by an Artisan Roaster near Vinci in Tuscany. The origins are a guarded secret but typical Northern Italian Espresso Coffees usually have an Indian Robusta base
PROPERTIES: Full Bodied. Medium Roast
SUITABILITY: Espresso, Filter, Cafetiere

1. Grind finely for Espresso Coffee
2. Use a medium grind for Filter Coffee
3. Use a coarse grind for Cafetiere Coffee
4. Whichever form of coffee you make use water off the boil ideally around 92°C
